Colour codes of the fibre optic cables
- We can manufacture cables following these standard color systems: FIN2012, ANSI/TIA (American National Standards Institute / Telecommunications Industry Association) and DIN/VDE (Deutsches Institut für Normung e.V. / Verband derElektrotechnik Elektronik Informationstechnik e.V.). In addition to the mentioned standards, we can also customise colour codings according to the customer’s wishes.
FIN2012
Mainly used in Finland.

If there are more than 12 fibres in a group, a ring or stripe is used as an additional marking on the fibre.
ANSI/TIA 598-D

Please note that:
- If there are more than 12 fibers in a group, a ring or stripe is used as an additional marking on the fibre.
- The groups in the cable are distinguished from each other by a color marking applied to their structure according to the color system.
- The implementation methods, colors, shapes and sizes of the additional color markings are precisely defined.
- The colors and color range boundaries in the standard are defined based on the Munsell color system.
