Description
Calculated maximum span length is 100 m when microduct bundle and additional 25 N/m ice or wind loads are considered. This permissible span length is only for reference and it may vary due to weight of the cable installed into the microduct bundle. The conditions of installation shall be applied by local regulations.
Construction
- Material: The individual ducts are made of HDPE.
- Colour coding: The ducts are colour-coded according to customer specifications, FIN 2012, ANSI/TIA, IEC or other.
- Strength member: 7 x 1,57 mm steel strand.
- Trace wire: Duct bundles can be equipped with a tracer wire according to customer specifications.
- Outer sheath: The outer sheath consists of UV resistant black polyethylene compound (PE). The nominal sheath thickness is 1,0 mm. Sheath marking is printed on one meter intervals.
